About Hailey Design

Catherine Hailey at the National Building Museum's Design Apprenticeship program

Good design can be accessible to all people no matter what their budget or personal style. Hailey Design helps the client determine how the space can best accommodate your needs by taking into consideration the function of the space as well as the aesthetic. Working with the client to achieve a space that you will love to spend time in is our primary goal.

Catherine Hailey, principal of Hailey Design, graduated from Marymount University’s FIDER accredited interior design program. After working for high-end residential firms and office design firms in the area, she started Hailey Design in 2002 to better serve DC’s growing demand for well designed contemporary interiors.

Catherine also helps promote good design in the community for the next generation of designers by volunteering with the National Building Museum’s Design Apprenticeship program. This program helps to teach children ages 12-17 about design, building, and the design process. Please read more at www.nbm.org
